Default How do I link appointment(s) on multiple calendars to a "master" .

I have 10 Sales Reps that travel extensively. I would like to see if there
is a way that we can link specific appointements/meetings on each of our
personal calendars to a "master" calendar without duplicating our efforts.
Is there a function that will allow a user to designate whether a specic
appointment/meeting should be included on the "Master", or something like
this?
