Default Create just a Calendar for conference room usage


We have four conference rooms in which 300+ employees currently contact one
person to arrange for use of the rooms. The one person has a paper calendar.
Is there a way to create a calendar for each of the rooms in which all users
can schedule conference room time, as well as see who is occupying the room?
