Questions...
1. Are all users having this problem? 2. Has it never worked or did it just stop working? 3. How many routing groups in your organization? 4. Please indicate the exact error message and when it occurs. Hi,
1) Yes all users have this problem. 2) It never worked. I never configured this service, because I don't know how to enable it. 3) I have 1 routing gruop 4) there is not any error messages. Open ESM, navivate to the Public Folder Tree, right=-click "Public Folders"
select View System Folders. Do you see the folder called Schedule+ Free Busy? Are all of your users running in cached mode? If so, does the problem
persist if not running in cached mode? Any event logs on the client workstation or exchange server that hosts the mailbox store or PF Store?
