Questions...

1. Are all users having this problem?
2. Has it never worked or did it just stop working?
3. How many routing groups in your organization?
4. Please indicate the exact error message and when it occurs.

Open ESM, navivate to the Public Folder Tree, right=-click "Public Folders"
select View System Folders. Do you see the folder called Schedule+ Free
Busy?

Are all of your users running in cached mode? If so, does the problem
persist if not running in cached mode? Any event logs on the client
workstation or exchange server that hosts the mailbox store or PF Store?
