Meeting Attendees Disappearing

One of my clients is having an issue with her meetings in
Outlook. It only happens with some of the meetings. It
doesn't matter whether their reoccuring, booked by her or
someone else. When she double-clicks on certain meetings
the to: list is blank although these meetings are usually
booked for 10 or more people.

Please Advise.
