Default day/week/month view limitation

I seem to have stumbled across a limitation that I can't figure out with the
day/week/month view.

I'm working with Outlook XP(2002).

For example, I am scheduling 7 or more people to do something at 8AM.
So I type in the 7 appointments in the calendar, all starting at 8, and
diferent end times. No biggie.
When I'm done, the graphical day/week/month view it will only display 6
(six)appointments across.
In the active appointments view, it properly lists all 7 of my 8am
appointments.

How can I get the graphical day/week/month view show all of my appointments,
no matter how many I have???? I've looked all over the place, and tried
everything that I can find to get it to diaply more than 6. Does anyone have
any ideas????

Thanks in advance,

-Rob

Rob,

Did you ever get an answer? I serve on staff at my church.
I have this same problem - maximum of 6 columns. I can get
all of my events to appear if I print the calendar details
view. This is not ideal, so I am still hoping for a better
answer. If you have found a better answer, would you let
me know?

Thanks! May you have a blessed day!
Donna
