Default copy appointments from one calendar to anouther?

Hi,

How do you copy (all at one time) appointments from one
calendar to anouther in outlook. I have two calendars
and the data I want to share is not in the default one
(so cannot share with others as you can only share the
default one). Also does any one know how to change the
default calnedar?

Thanks in anticipation

Graham

Default RE: copy appointments from one calendar to anouther?

Use a table view, such as By Category, to select all the items you want to copy.

The default Calendar folder is always the one in the same folder hierarchy as your default Inbox. You can't designate another calendar folder as the default.
