Default HTTP Error 403-need help


Hello all,
I have been recently altering my security settings and downloaded zonealarm
now i find that when i open an e-mail it is fine but if there is an
attachment and i click on it i get http error 403 Forbidden,You are not
authorized to view this page!It must be something simple,does anybody know?
