Hi all, we are looking to create resource mailboxes (for meeting
rooms/cars/etc) in EX2003 that will automatically respond when a meeting is requested. I have followed some instructions which I found here: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/article.asp?id=543 That done, the mailbox still doesnt reply.... I have searched high and low for information on this, specifically for Exchange 2003 to no avail. Can anyone tell me if it is possible, and if so - how? Thanks! |

If you followed those instructions, then the part you're missing is probably
the user training. Users need to invite a resource mailbox as a resource, not as a required or optional attendee. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Aaron Elliott" <aaron.NOSPAM.elliott@SPAMhallmark.MEcom.NOTau> wrote in message news:OzWGWUmMEHA.2244@TK2MSFTNGP10.phx.gbl... > Hi all, we are looking to create resource mailboxes (for meeting > rooms/cars/etc) in EX2003 that will automatically respond when a meeting is > requested.
