Cannot share calednder with other users but others can share Calender with me

I need to know how to resolve this, the area on Outlook
2000 is grayed out where you can share your calendar, but
on other computers with the same version it is not. I am
confused on how to fix this, i have reinstalled office a
few times and it is still not working properly. Any
advice or help would be appreciated. Thanks.
