Viewing Calender entries

we have boardrooms that are set up with author security for Default User,
this is causing other people to see detail information of other associates
calendar bookings. Does anyone know of any permissions or a fix that we can
place that would allow associates to book meeting room yet not able to see
other calendar entries.

Not unless you want to go to a delegate.
