Default No information displayed past a certain date

When scheduling a meeting for invitees the no information slashes appear
after a certain date (ie. April 1st 2004) and peoples unavailabilities can
not be displayed as they are prior to that date. Any suggestions.

Default Re: No information displayed past a certain date

You need to increase the time that free/busy information is published. The
default is 2 or 3 months (I forget since I set mine to 12) so the
information will not be available after the 2 month period.
Tools->Options->Calendar Options->Free/Busy.
