Default appointment acceptance going to uninvinted DL

we have a secretary who manages calendars for multiple
principals. Somehow, all appointment request
acknkowlegements from users are going to a DL representing
only one of the offices she's working for. Let me tell
you, accounting doesn't care about the Facility managers'
appointments. Any idea on where to look to remove this DL?
