Default Meeting Requests


We have boardrooms that have permissions set for Default users to Author, so
the issues I am facing is that anyone can go in and view the meeting
information. is there any thing that I can do to restrict associates to see
other associates meeting request.

Not unless you want to get rid of direct booking for those rooms.
