Sync calendar between work and home PC

I am looking for a program/service that will allow me to sync, not
import/export, my home calendar and work calendar machines. I thought I
could do it with yahoo but I can't get the tool to get through our proxy
server at work. Anyone have any other suggestions? I have been to
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm and done some searchs on Google
but no luck so far. The service doesn't have to free but cheap is good.
