Leap Year problem with Free/Busy?

There appears to be a problem with leap year in Outlook
2002/XP. The problem is with with viewing free/busy when
setting up a calendar entry with invitees. Time after
midnight on February 29 2004 appears as "No Information".
The start time for the "No Information" for each invitee
is their local time not the exchange server time.
