Take a look at the ERM tool from http://www.swinc.com . It solves this issue.

Sue, do you have a more specific site reference? When I search swinc for
the ERM tool, I can't find it. "Searching for ERM tool. No documents matching your query were found. Please, go back and try another search." A search for just ERM results the same.
