The encoding should be listed in the .ics file. Open it in Notepad to inspect.

I think it's not listed in the .ics file. The only information about the
document in the .ics file is PRODID and VERSION. For example: PRODID:-//Microsoft Corporation//Outlook 9.0 MIMEDIR//EN VERSION:2.0 But I solved the problem; if I write DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE: then I can write accents and other special characters on the description, and the same works in the summary.
