Jerri,
You might be able to do this by designing a custom meeting form and using VBscript for an on-click event, but its unlikely. You may want to first visit a couple web sites to see if anything/code is already available. First check out Sue Mosher's www.slipstick.com, then exchangecode.com (a great source for auto-acceptance Exchange scripts). It really may boil down to a user training issue. When I managed a Help Desk, we set up meeting with admin assistants, secretaries and our Power Users and went over how to properly schedule a meeting. Kathy Drungilas www.outsource-usa.com "JerriS" <jsierocki@sccmha.org> wrote in message news:0d0301c33bf2$0b850fe0$a601280a@phx.gbl... > On a pc running Windows XP(1a) with Office XP (SP1 & 2 > installed), when users are planning a meeting and they > select the resource to schedule, but by mistake click on > the Required attendee button instead of the Resource > button, it still "invites" the resource but does not > update the calendar and reserve the resource.
