How can one create a file to be imported into Outlook
calendar that has multiple appointment dates in it to be sent to multiple users? |

I'd start by exporting items from a new calendar folder with perhaps one
item to capture the fields used by Outlook. I usually export to a file...Exel file....and then you can add all your new appointments to the file. When finished, do an import back into the calendar folder of your choice. You can send the import file to others or place it on a common network share. OR A second method would be to create all the items in an Outlook Calendar, then create a pst file by adding a new Personal Folder, copying the appointments to it and then saving. You can then have others import the pst file and copy appts to their regular calendar. I'm sure you could automate this, but I haven't searched for code for it.
