Problems with Net Folder setup....Help.

Hi,
I have set up a shared calendar (with Net folders) on our
Office Server (W2k pro & Outlook 2k). The remote (out of
office) users (x4) have been inputing their appointments
which have been successfully updating on the Calendar
situated on the Office Server however none of the remote
users are being updated with each other appointments.

Can any one please offer some advice?
