Yes, you can do this easily. Outlook allows you to insert an "Item" such
as a contact or mail message into a calendar appointment. After clicking on
the Action--New Appointment with Contact, Click on Insert...Item...choose
the contact from the "Look in:" folder list Contacts and choose your client
from the "Items:"...but be sure that the "Insert as:" Text Only is checked.
This will show all the contact info you have stored.

You're right that is easy. I knew there had to be a way,
it's always just a matter of hitting the right buttons.
