I'm trying to post this again!! For some reason my posts keep geeting
deleted? It's an honest question..... ![]() When I go to print a full month's calendar on one page it cuts off appointments on Sat/Sun. Is there a way to print a full calendar with all appointments for the entire month on one piece of paper (On Landscape view of course)? "Question 2" Is there also a way to print the start and stop times of each meetings for the entire month on one piece of paper? I have it printing in landscape mode and I have it selected to fit on one page. Were are running Exchange 2000 with Office XP |

Try: Right-click on the calendar and choose "Other settings" and uncheck
the "Compress Weekend days" box then print preview and print if it shows correctly. If this doesn't work, then try: In Outlook go to Tools | Options | Calendar Options.and check every day of the week as "working days." Back in calendar, choose Print and highlight "Monthly Style" in the Print style window and then click on "Define Styles.." button. Again choose "Monthly Style" and "Edit". Check the box for "Don't Print Weekends" and "Print Exactly One Month Per Page." You can check your Print Preview to confirm what the calendar will look like and even print from this point. Then OK your way out of the dialog boxes and print if you haven't already. As to printing start and stop time, there is no easy way. There is a problem with the length of text allotted for a Subject line and that skews the ability to view appt. end times. As pointed out by John Sauter in another question, increasing your screen resolution size can illustrate this-the larger the desktop, then you can see Start/End times. --I see end times only when my screen resolution is set to 1280x1024, but then the printer still won't handle the end times. I work around this by starting my calendar entry with the end time as part of the subject. Example, and appointment from noon to 1:30...Subject=1:30 Lunch with XYZ client. I do have to remember to change this if my appt times change.
