Synchronizing Calendars.

I run Outlook 2000 (Office 2000) on 2 computers, my
notebook and my home desktop. I would like to be able to
synchronize my calendars and my contacts between those
machines. I do not use Exchange server.
I've heard of this being done but cannot find anything
about HOW to do it.
