Verify you are checking Sunday as a Work Day under Tools, Options, Calendar
Options...in the Calendar Work Week focus area.

Yup, All 7 days are checked and the "First Day of Week" is set to start on
Sunday. It works fine in month view. I even tried looking here after
changing views to make sure that my choices didn't change under the
different views (they don't).

Zing....it does work for me--specifically, using my "Work Week View" button
from the toolbar and my Current View as Day/Week/Month shows my first day as
Sunday. Now if I use the "Week" button, it still shows as beginning on
Monday. Does either make a difference for you?

Yup, that did it for me, too. I did not have the "Work Week" button and my
toolbar and had to add it. Even though it has a big 5 in the middle of it,
it shows 7 days starting with Sunday. Although, I must say, I prefer the
layout under the "Week" view with textual references to the appointments
over the bar graph layout that I get with the "Work Week" view. I guess you
can't have everything.
