Something to check: You would set up Calendar Free/Busy options under
Tools, Options, Preferences, Calendar Options. Make sure the box for "Always use local calendar" is NOTchecked in the Calendar focus area. Using the Free/Busy Options button, verify that the users are publishing info to the server, generally about 3-4 months worth. Kathy,
Thanks for your advice. I've checked all these settings and they were set correctly. I'm going to export the calendar and then try the /CleanFreeBusy option. Hope that it works out. Maybe it's just a buggy client.
