I hope this is the right option..... corporate or
workgroup, we're on MS exchange server (if that makes any
difference!)

Thanks for your help. I should now go through my contacts
and make them consistent, all the home ones in email 2 or
something.

Not being able to view the address book entries in
different ways is SERIOUS problem for anyone with a
significant number of contacts. The Select Names window
should be resizable, and the columns selectable by means
of a saved set of options.

Is any one from Microsoft listening to this?
