Default Unable to see if multiple contact is email or fax number.

When using a fax system to grab Outlook contacts I cannot
differ between the contact's email or fax number until the
selection is made (to). It appears to be the second
contact until you have a contact with several email and
phone numbers. Is there anyway to have the list display
what type of contact so you know before selecting the
contact for email, fax, or ?

Assuming you're using Outlook 2002, all you can do is use the horizontal
scroll bar to scroll to the right to see which address is which.
