Send email to 400 users using Bcc

Rup,

I'm only sendig out 225 emails to members of an auto
racing series. I'm also sending it BCC and am having the
same problem. I thought there was a limit until.... I
found out that other officials in our series were able to
send out emails using the same list with the same amount
of people.

Help.

Someone asked me earlier what system I'm running, because
I've posted this question already. I'm running Windows 98
(b, I think). My Outlook is 9.0.0.2711 and underneath it
has... Internet Mail Only (don't know if that's
important). I'm sending the email using COMCAST Cable, so
I know it's not timing out. (I've tried sending it
through the COMCAST account and through another one, using
the LAN connection).

Help!!!
