The easiest way is if you have Microsoft Small Business
Server (or something similar if you have more than 50 computers on your network) on your server, you can have a Public Contact List and you won't have to worry about importing and exporting. Before we had SBS we had a peer-to-peer network and we had one person be the master contact list keeper and that person exported (from the file menu into a pst file) and stored the resulting file in a specific folder on her C: drive. Everyone else imported that file (also just using the options in the File Menu) with the option to overwrite differences.
