I've created a couple custom email forms which we utilize for submitting
information to supervisors and having them review the information. The form runs fine except that when some users attempt to mail the form, it stops at the outbox and stays there. So far its happened on 3 out of the 6 machines we've tried using this form on. The other three machines have no problem emailing the forms. The form is more or less a modified email form with a special print and open function buttons. I don't know what other information might be essential in helping troubleshoot this problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |

I found the issue that was stopping with the form. It had something to do
with the person's profile, and when we migrated from 2002 to 2003. Anyone who already had created a new profile didn't have any issues, but those who just migrated their profiles over to outlook 2003 seems to always get the message stuck in their outbox. The fix we did to resolve the issue was rebuild their profiles, got really tedious but works for now until we can find a better solution.
