In addition to the other reply - don't let users have local admin rights.
They won't be able to stop/disable a lot of things, that way - among other
benefits.

I'm new to Windows security, but I wanted to know if it's possible to
disallow a user from closing a certain program? For example, I'm running
ZoneAlarm and Avast AV and I want to make sure it's always running (ie.
nobody can shut it down).
Is that possible?
