AVG 7.0 & Downloader.Istbar.5.AQ

I am on Windows XP SP2. I have installed AVG 7.0 and I keep getting this
window saying that a file with extension .exe has been found in the TEMP
folder. Then it reads: "Trojan horse Downloader.Istbar.5.AQ" I choose to
delete the file, but it seems to me this trojan keeps causing havoc on my
laptop How can I get rid of it? I have tried Norton Antivirus (also their
IStbar removal tool!), AVG, Panda Antivirus Online, Microsfot AntySpyware,
AdAware, Spybot and others. Nothing.
