Custom from with Word as an e-mail editor

I've been doing battle with Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003 to get a
custom for my messages enabled, with the help of the messages posted
here I was successful. Now for one more task, when the custom form is
enabled, I can not use Word as my e-mail editor. It is possible to
have custom forms and still use Word as the editor?

Yes, it certainly should be possible. What symptoms indicate that Word can't
be used?
