Microsoft visual C++ Runtime library

When I log on to Outlook for the first time I get a Microsfot Visual C++
Runtime Lirary Message that states "Runtime Error !"
program:c\PROGRA~1\MICROS~2\Office\OUTLOOK.EXE Does anyone know what mght be
causing this? The program runs fine after I reenter the program.
