Default Creating a message form

Hi

I would like to create a form in outlook 2003 that will
allow users to enter data and have the details sent to my
email address. I have found some information on the MS
website about forms, but this deals with contact forms and
not message forms. Can anyone advise me how to do this
or, probably easier, a web site where i can find out how
to do this.

TIA

Nath.

You might start with the information at
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms.htm. Note that, unless you and your users
are all using Outlook in an Exchange environment, a custom message form may
not be an appropriate solution.
