Adding DateTime Picker to Toolbox

I want do insert a Date Time Picker to a custom form's page. Which
date time picker control should I use? I currently have CCRPDTP6.ccrpDtp
registered in Access 2003.
Can I register others that I might acquire in Access and then add it to the
form design toolbox in Outlook 2003?
