Newby Help

Hi,

I've tried to create custom Outlook forms in the past but
haven't got very far..

Can someone please point me to a step-by-step tute on the
web. I would like to start by writing a decent "while you
were out" form.

I have a programming background, but can't seem to figure
this out..
