I have created a form in OL that needs to be sent to an
outside vendor. They inturn will fill out one of the tabs and send back to me. The problem I'm running into is that when they send the form back to me I get a blank screen. It states at the top of the email: Message [HTML]. We had this problem with just sending it outside of the company and they are now able to view the form (I added them to my contacts and checked the "always use RTF when sending to this recipient") I have also disabled the Reply and Reply All buttons. When we used them it will not send the form. So we are only using the Forward option. I also have this saved on a shared drive with the outside vendor. We were then going to just have them send a different new form to me (instead of forwarding the one I sent) and I cannot view their form. So in a nut shell- ME --> THEM - they can view ME --> THEM -->ME - I can't view THEM --> ME - I can't view I have been working on this for a couple of weeks and would appreciate any assistance anyone could offer!! Thank you in advance, Karlee |

Does the outside vendor have Outlook? Are they willing to publish a custom

They do have OL. I will see if they are willing to
publish the form. If they are not, is there any other option? Again, thank you for your help. Karlee >-----Original Message----- >Does the outside vendor have Outlook? If they are not willing to publish a custom form, then you could send them
the form as an .oft file attachment. It wouldn't run any code, but it would have your layout. That might be the easiest solution all the way around. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Karlee" <anonymous@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:267b01c48e23$20252000$a301280a@phx.gbl... > They do have OL.
