You control who has access to it by defining a security group and limiting access to members of that security group. Your system administrator will be able to set up the security group and add the members to it. Hollis D. The central library is called Organizational FOrms. The Exchange
administrator needs to create it; see http://www.outlookcode.com/d/formpub.htm#orgforms -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Anita" <anonymous@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:0a0a01c490e8$9e9eb4b0$a401280a@phx.gbl... > How do I publish to the exchange forms library - I don't > see an option in the list for this when I go to the > publish forms option > >>-----Original Message----- >>In article <06e601c48b53$1e976040$a501280a@phx.gbl>, > Anita wrote: >>> If I design a custom form in outlook how can I make it >>> accessible to other users on the exchange server? and >>> can I make a form available to just a group of users >>> rather than everyone? >>> >>To make it available to all you publish it to the > Exchange Forms >>Library.
