unable to display folder or item

We have a form used for our organization and today a user selected a view
and it now says "unable to display folder or item". Every other machine is
alright and I tried to clear the forms cache on the users computer but to no
avail. There was an older version of the form on the user's system that may
have been used for some of the fields. How can I delete the view settings
for that user from exchange or outlook. Is there a utility that can be used?
