Tracking Status Control

Hi,

How does the Tracking status field control actually
work? If I send out the same email to ten different
people does it show on tracking status who read the email
and who responded? What else can it track in using that
control?

The read and delivery receipts come back only to you, so only you have
access to that tracking information (unless you've shared your Sent Items
file).
