Textbox

I just created an outlook form but i want the contents of
the textboxs i created in the compose page ( the part of
the form filled by users) to show on the read page ( the
part the receiver will be read). I created the textboxes
but i dont know how to make the contents users fill in it
sppear in the read page so as to see what they have
written
