Further to earlier post, we also use a shared journal
folder in the Public Folder. If we go into the Contact folder in Public Folders and right click a contact and then select New Journal Entry, enter the info and click Save and Close, the new journal entry is saved into our individual journal folders. Is there a way to link the public (shared) journal folder to the public (shared) contact folder so that a journal entry created in relation to a shared contact gets automatically saved to the shared journal?? Thanks, Andrew |

issue and possible solutions. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Andrew A" <anonymous@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:535d01c42cfc$abd832f0$a601280a@phx.gbl... > Further to earlier post, we also use a shared journal > folder in the Public Folder.
