Mail Merge Sort Of

I'm trying to create a form/template that will use my
custom views from my contacts list to send emails out. I
send the same email to many people which is a request for
pricing that includes two attachments. I would like to
have Outlook fill in the contact name , company, and
phone numbers (just like a mail merge) and then send it.
I tried using the mail merge but my attachmnets get left
out of the message. Is there a way to do this?
