I'm trying to deploy the Training Management sample forms using
Outlook 2002 and have an issue. It will not work with calendars. From the documentation: "The Training Managment sample application integrates with the instructor's and student's calendars to make sure time is set aside for class meetings." This does not happen for me. Anyone know how to make this happen? Also, is there a way to post the course offerings to a calendar folder instead of a post-it type post in the training managment folder? Thanks, ...Chris |

Sounds like you'd have to redesign the application, since you apparently
want to make do something other than what it was originally designed for. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "cm500" <cmartz@yahoo.com> wrote in message news:7edecf34.0404260848.59f401ea@posting.google.com... > I'm trying to deploy the Training Management sample forms using > Outlook 2002 and have an issue. Actually, I'd be happy to have it do what it says as far
as integrating with the calendars. The other is just gravy. >-----Original Message----- >Sounds like you'd have to redesign the application, since you apparently >want to make do something other than what it was originally designed for. > >-- >Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP >Author of > Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for > Administrators, Power Users, and Developers > http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx > > >"cm500" <cmartz@yahoo.com> wrote in message >news:7edecf34.0404260848.59f401ea@posting.google.com... >> I'm trying to deploy the Training Management sample forms using >> Outlook 2002 and have an issue. "Integrating" can mean many different things, not necessarily creating
appointment items. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx <anonymous@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:485d01c42bd3$e12700a0$a001280a@phx.gbl... > Actually, I'd be happy to have it do what it says as far > as integrating with the calendars.
