Default Training Management Application question

I'm trying to deploy the Training Management sample forms using
Outlook 2002 and have an issue. It will not work with calendars.
From the documentation:

"The Training Managment sample application integrates with the
instructor's and student's calendars to make sure time is set aside
for class meetings."

This does not happen for me. Anyone know how to make this happen?
Also, is there a way to post the course offerings to a calendar folder
instead of a post-it type post in the training managment folder?
Thanks,
...Chris

Sounds like you'd have to redesign the application, since you apparently
want to make do something other than what it was originally designed for.

Actually, I'd be happy to have it do what it says as far
as integrating with the calendars. The other is just
gravy.

"Integrating" can mean many different things, not necessarily creating
appointment items.
