Hi,
envir.: windows 2000 (clients), windows 2000 small business server, Exchange Server, Office XP We created some custom forms for 2 of our public folders. Once you´ve made a new element (in this case an calender entry), the new form is used. But sometimes (and I can´t define in which certain case), the connection to this custom form is lost for the older entrys and if one opens them, the standart outlook form is used (even if I defined the custom form to be the standart for this special folder!). Does someone know this problem or, even better, a solution? Thanks a lot! |

Outlook build number? Have you checked the value of the Message Class field
for the items? Does the form have code behind it? -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "M.
