Default Creating new journal entries

Is there a website that has very good step-by-step instructions on how create custom journal entry forms? I'm not familiar with Visual Basic so I'll need quite a bit of help. I know the Word MVP site is great for helping me with Word but I was hoping there was a similar site for Outlook

Thanks.

I try to hide the first tab of the journal entries because i can't find any
way to modify it

Try to replicate the first tab in the second tab and i get and error.

It is possible to start from scratch?
