Drop-down calendars on forms

Hi all,

I would like to use drop-down calendars on a form for our
company. We want everyone in the company to have access to
the form for scheduling purposes.

I was intending to create a form based on tasks. I have a
few questions:

1) Am I approaching this in the best way?

2) Drop-down calendars - how do I go about adding the
custom control? What is the best one to use? We are
running multiple operating systems Server 2000, XP, NT and
2000. Some people are using outlook through terminal
sessions. What is the most practical way to do this?
