Customize Outlook "search"

Hallo!
I'm trying to customize the search feature of Outlook. I
want to add fixed criteria to make the operation easier
also for non-expert people.
I want to know if someone can suggest me some ways to do
this or if anybody knows some links where I can find
examples or material that can help me.
