Default How to "send" an email to the recipient AND the Task Folder

Does anyone know where I can find an Addin, macro, form, or whatever that
enables sending an email simultaneously to the recipient and the Task
folder?

I envision a form for composing emails that has all of the functionality of
the default form but in addition an alternative Send button that routes a
copy of the email to the Task Folder. In doing this, the underlying code
would need to open a Task form with the email attached (I presume) so that
the task parameters (Due Date, etc.) can be set.

Obviously, the purpose of this is to provide a way of easily generating
tasks linked to outgoing emails where the recipient is tasked to do
something and I want to be able to track their progress in responding.

Thanks.
